The project funded by the European Union, project number2020-1-PT01-KA202-078436, VRAPSP, was presented to the public its production 1 in the International Conference on Health and Inclusion in Pandemic Times, held from May 21st to 23rd, 2021, in Casa da Cultura de Câmara de Lobos, Madeira Island in person or online. This conference had the participation of 400 registrants. Before and during the conference, all participants had access to the manual, whose link was sent to their email. This manual (300 pages), edited in 7 languages, freely available, which teaches techniques and methodologies to combat public speaking phobias, is the first result of this project.
The teachers who participated in this event, had a total of 15 hours of training validated for their teaching career progression, and in their reflection report, this project and manual was mandatory.
